01 — Our Story
We imagined a place where time slows down around tables set by the sea at sunset.
Where Ayvalık's historic streets meet the sea, we keep the deep-rooted dining culture of the Aegean alive. Our kitchen embraces meze traditions from every shore we can reach, presenting familiar flavours in our own way.
We bring local olive oil, seasonal seafood and carefully prepared mezes to the same table. For us, Deniz Yıldızı is home not only to good food, but also to long conversations, warm encounters and memorable Ayvalık evenings.
